Our Evolution
From electrical and thermomechanical specialisation to the Mediterranean’s major port systems

The Foundations
The company is founded in Genoa.
Initial focus is on the design and management of high-efficiency civil and industrial systems.
2001–2004

Strategic Integration
Establishment of CEI Italia to meet the growing demand for port technology. In 2004, a merger gives rise to CEISIS S.p.A., establishing a unified hub for integrated plant systems.
2007–2009

The International Breakthrough
Establishment of CEISIS Maroc. The company secures the contract for the design and construction of plant systems at the Tanger Med Container Terminal TC2.

Consolidation and Digital Transformation
Expansion into the Balkans (Ceisis Albania) and the founding of Ceisec S .r .l . to natively integrate software development, IoT and fibre optics into the core of plant systems.
Construction of the Tanger Med 2 TC3 mega-terminal.

CEISIS designs and implements Cold Ironing systems (shore-to-ship power) across Italy’s primary port hubs (Genoa, Savona, Trieste, Gioia Tauro and Sardinia) .

We achieve an all-time high production value of €19.8M . Consolidation of FM/ESCo services, alongside international expansion via the Damietta project in Egypt and the finalisation of our Strategic Business Plan.
